Heart 101: Living From Wholeness Week 3
If you’ve been doing your homework and practicing the shift from stress, tension or resistance to wholeness and peace, then this week will be a fun treat for you (and if you haven’t been practicing, it is still a fun treat.) This week you will learn about the high heart and the low, or wounded heart, and experience how you can heal the wounds in the heart to create more spaciousness and connection in the high heart.
