Transform Your Life—From Your Heart!
Are you tired of having the same patterns stand in the way of advancing your career, getting healthy and fit, or getting your relationship on track? Does anxiety keep you from living a fun, thriving life?
Do you know what you want instead but just can’t make it happen on your own?
Or, even more vexing, have you gone to the effort to make a big change only to find that the change you made wasn’t satisfying either?
You’re not alone. Everyone has something that stands between them and a flowing, more fun, fulfilling and empowered life. But most people just live with their blocks, fight with them, or blame them on other people.
Even when you go to the effort to make a change, if that change isn’t aligned with the desires of your Wild Heart, it feels unsatisfying and leaves you flat, or even more stuck, stressed and frustrated than you were before.
It’s not your fault that you can’t change your own patterns—most of them are so hidden that they are impossible to change on your own. These old patterns are not a character flaw or a fault that you have, they’re just strategies that helped you once that no longer help, but have become a default reaction to the circumstances of life.
- Change that is deeply fulfilling because it is aligned with your authentic values
- Change that is permanent and positive, so that you are free to move on with your life
- Change that makes you feel more YOU than you have ever felt before
Guess What? You Can!
Traditional hypnosis focuses on bringing your subconscious resistance into alignment with your conscious desires. The problem with that is your conscious desires come from the mind and what you have LEARNED will make you happy, which is often out of alignment with your Wild Heart’s desires, which is the home of your Authentic Self.
Most conscious desires contain a seed of your Wild Heart’s desires, but pursuing your conscious desires without incorporating your deeper desires will never truly satisfy.
For example, you may have a conscious desire to be comfortable speaking in public, but your Wild Heart may desire that you be comfortable standing center stage in your life. You may have a conscious desire to lose 20 pounds but your Wild Heart may want you to love and accept yourself unconditionally. When you focus solely on your conscious goal and ignore the deeper stirring of your Wild Heart, you sell yourself short!
Heart-Centered Hypnosis explores and incorporates the desires of your Authentic Self so that the change you bring in is the change you that you want at the deepest level. Then we align both your conscious and subconscious minds with your Wild Heart’s desires. This brings fulfilling and lasting change that can reshape your entire life.
Heart-Centered Hypnosis sessions are done by phone or Skype (yes, hypnosis over the phone works—and in many cases even better than in-person hypnosis!) Sessions last 90 minutes and include a recording of the hypnosis portion of the session so you can continue to listen and more deeply integrate the changes you desire.
The number of hypnosis session needed to transform an issue varies from person to person and issue to issue, but 3-5 is a general guideline.
Why I Am the One to Help You
I have been working with conscious and subconscious transformation for most of my life as a meditation teacher, yoga instructor, mind-body fitness coach and Clinical Hypnotist***. Over the years I noticed that there was a deeper level of transformation that came up during interviews with clients than just their conscious desires and subconscious resistance. But often, even if a client realized this desire for deeper transformation was there, they could not verbalize it directly. It was a sense, or it came out in metaphor, symbol, image or even a color, all strategies that the deep self can use to communicate when something hasn’t yet made it to conscious awareness.
I began listening specifically for this deeper transformation so that I could help my clients achieve the change they really wanted, and not just what they thought they wanted. I called this new approach Heart-Centered Hypnosis, because it focuses on bringing the conscious and subconscious minds into alignment with the Wild Heart, which, as the seat of the Authentic Self, is the very core of who you are.
I now work only with people who are interested in this deeper level of transformation. My clients are focused on getting out of their own way, connecting with their Authentic Self and living an Authentic Life .
If this is you…give me a call for a free 20-minute strategy session to find out how heart-centered hypnosis can help you achieve your goals AND live a more authentic life!

*** CCHT (Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist) – North Carolina has not adopted education or training standards for the practice of hypnotism, and so the statement of credential is for informational purposes only. Hypnotism is a self-regulating profession and licensed under the “Healing Arts” license issued by the State of North Carolina. In addition, the State of North Carolina only allows the term “therapist” to be used in conjunction with hypnotism for those who hold licenses specific to the medical and mental health fields. This is why I often use the term Clinical Hypnotist rather than Clinical Hypnotherapist while practicing in North Carolina. I am not a licensed health care provider and may not provide a medical diagnosis nor recommend that a client discontinue medically prescribed treatments.
